Every payroll run has two parts: a base fee based on how often you run payroll, plus a per-employee rate based on the tier you choose.
Base fee per run:
- Weekly: $45
- Bi-weekly or semi-monthly: $64
- Monthly: $95
Per-employee rate by tier:
- Core: $3.35 per employee. Full payroll processing, tax filings, and employee self-service.
- Core+: $5.30 per employee. Everything in Core, plus time tracking and benefits administration.
- Core Pro: $9.70 per employee. The full platform, including ACA compliance.
